Tight but stretchy for tops, t-shirts and blouses

Material feels fantastic; it is thin smooth and soft. The fit is tight and elastic, long and does not ride up. I am 5ft 4in, 165lbs. and bought an XL. The color wasn't what I expected but I can work with it.
