Complete disappointment, the product is not at all what I imagined.

When I decided to buy a phone, I decided to set a budget of up to 250,000 and I didn't want Xiaomi because I believe that a company that rivets 100 different types of phones every day cannot properly optimize each one for its own shell. Instead, I chose to buy a Samsung from a seemingly popular company because I thought that this would be the best solution. Yet at this point, I have the impression that Samsung is completely oblivious to the fact that this phone is such an embarrassment.

Pros
  • Great presentation The first design that does not strain the eyes and features four cameras (just like any other Poco device), as well as everything else (good)
Cons
  • 1. pointless 90 hertz because it causes lag even when swiping, and not just within applications but also on the home screen. 2. an extremely underpowered processor; if it began to experience performance issues one month after being purchased, I shudder to think about what will become of it after one full year of use. 3. The phone should absolutely have a case and at the very least a protective film, but the package does not include either of these items. 4. a powerful battery that can hold its charge for the longest amount of time possible (according to my observations, from 0 to 100 it takes about 2.5 hours to charge) 5. Initially, I went with a marriage, but it seems that the sensor that determines whether the phone is leaning against my ear or not is malfunctioning, and as a result, my phone from the first day of purchase could simply not allow itself to be used (the screen did not respond to pressing). The only thing that helped was a forced reboot; I wore it in the center of the weiner, and they threw it off to the factory and sent it home:)))). I had a hunch that the issue was related to the sensor because I was able to solve the problem by turning off the function that turns the screen off when the phone is in a pocket; however, this has resulted in the phone turning on by itself when it is in my pocket and taking hundreds of random photos that need to be deleted. After using it for three months, I've come to the conclusion that the only solution is to get my money back and either purchase a refurbished iPhone or the most basic model of Google's Pixel smartphone. This ugliness is just too difficult to work with.
