Review on AVEDA Aveda Malva Color Shampoo by Russell Anh

I've tried several purple shampoos with no success. I tried it because I realized that even if it doesn't work, based on numerous reviews it looked like it would last a long time and it sounded like it had a nice smell. I use it 2-3 times a week and wow. My hair is shoulder length and was white and silver at the roots and golden yellow at the ends. (Our water has a ton of iron.) It didn't happen overnight, but within a few months my hair color was a completely uniform color, root to tip. My first reaction to this scent was that it smelled like a lighter version of Johnson's Baby Shampoo. Even if you're not a JBS fan, in my experience the scent doesn't last long after my hair dries. I'm glad I found this product.
