The image on the monitor is amazing, clear, the colors are juicy, just like the camera that came with it. But this screen is extremely fragile, unlike any other monitor I've had. It tipped over on my flashlight when the monitor turned off. The bottom right side of the OS dock is unusable, as are the vertical lines. Had I known that this monitor is so fragile, I would have placed it on a more isolated table where guests at home could not get close to it. In addition, the previous customer service from LG was absolutely unsatisfactory. The first request resulted in a request resubmission message. The second request was answered with repair options that contradicted each other and left no possibility of answering for further measures. Now I'm stuck on a really good monitor with an unreadable right 25% of the screen.
