This is the second defective door knob I have received.

This is the second broken door knob I have received. It wasn't machined properly, so one of the screws couldn't fit more than 1/4" in the hole. You can see bits of metal blocking the way. The first doorknob I was able to return, but due to the house arrest ordinance, it is Returning it now is a bit of a hassle. In the end I found and used a different screw and it worked. The door knob itself seems fine. Hope it can handle a shorter screw.
