The Vrillo J300 lives up to its promotional claim. I've used it extensively for the past month. Pros: 1) The mapping and planning app works great on my iOS devices. You can choose the strength of the vacuum and the number of passes. 2) Restricted zones and virtual walls are easy to set up and accurate. 3) The battery life allows the J300 to complete my entire home without the need for a charge. 4) The Vrillo J300 is reasonably quiet even in turbo mode (at least compared to my Roomba 985) 5) Easy to empty dust needle, easy to clean washable filter and large bin capacity for my use. 6) No problem with my mid-pile carpets (which beat the Robobrock S4, although the Roomba 985 also handles them well) 6) The room and area cleaning options in the IOS app work well. My living room and hallway are cleaned very reliably every second early morning. 7) The vacuum cleaner works great in the dark. Lidar makes this possible. Camera-based robot vacuum cleaners combat this. 8) The Vrillo J300 accurately mapped my house from the first pass. 9) Since I mount the J300 under a butcher's table, the in-app remote comes in handy when the robot is being serviced. (cleaning the dust bin, attaching the mop, cleaning sensors and brush) instead of pulling it out of the docking station. 10) Connected to Wi-Fi on first try. No problems with WiFi coverage in my house. 11) The side brush does a good job of approaching walls where the J300 begins its passage. No problems with spreading and leaving dirt behind. Cons (rather minor): 1) Integration with Alexa only allows you to use a limited set of commands. For example: I can't tell the vacuum cleaner to clean a specific room. 2) App connection is not easy, only works with 2.4G WiFi. Comments: No consumer robot vacuum has the suction power of a good handheld vacuum, so I think this and any other robot vacuum is a good option for frequent cleaning, but not a true replacement for a more powerful vacuum. Conclusion: I can highly recommend.
