I have two comments. One is about the stove and the other is about the company. The hob is all that is advertised. Reaches pressure quickly compared to my Instant Pot and Cuisenart machines. The sets are suitable for a variety of foods, but can be adjusted before and during the cooking cycle. As mentioned above, I have three different models. This is my GO TO stove. I could go on and on but I will do nothing but say that this is the best and most feature-rich stove on the market. Now to the company. I had the device for several months and prepared something that required two steps. I removed the inner pot and then, like a dummy, poured a cup of chicken broth into the unit, thinking I was going to replace the pot that was on the counter where I had left it. I called Breville and told them what I had done. They sent me a new device. You paid for shipping. They paid for my damaged device to be returned. Think about it. I was the one who damaged the device. It was my fault, not hers. And they replaced the damaged device for free, no questions asked. Impressive.
