I've been watching this for a long time. I preferred ASUS over Acer X34 GS which is basically the same monitor as this one. I am satisfied with most properties such as color, response time, HDR (but only 400). But I can't use it with HDR enabled or USB-C connected to high-bandwidth USB. When I either enable HDR or connect USB-C to a laptop with high bandwidth selected, I hear a loud coil tone. It's really annoying and I don't expect problems like this in a $900 monitor. i have to return it
