The water is not as tasty as if bought in bottles, but without extraneous aftertastes. It turns out just pure water. There is no more scum. That's why I bought the filter. Pros: Easy assembly and installation. Good water quality. Optimal price/quality ratio. Cons: If you are going to use water in your humidifiers, check to see if a mineralized liquid is recommended for your humidifier! It is forbidden to fill in mine. This is not a negative, just noticed.
