Well, first I bought a Schlage connection. Used for 2 weeks and had problems with it. The latch just wouldn't budge and the key wouldn't work. So we are blocked. Luckily I left the back door unlocked. So I sent this unit back to Lowe. Decided to buy Sens from Amazon. So I received it on August 20th. It worked great until 4 days ago. The keyboard doesn't work now. It won't even glow. Tried changing the batteries, still no light and doesn't work. The right of return expired after 30 days for about a week. So now I'm stuck with an expensive lock that only fails when I put the key in. I tried calling Schlage several times and was told they would call me back. But there is no call back. Will try to contact Schlage again as it should be under warranty.
