Given to my daughter for her 4th birthday. She likes it - the wheels are good quality and go fast. Nice wide base for her legs too. I was initially a little disappointed that the base was plastic (rather than metal) but I think it's for the best as small children can easily get their ankles and heels smacked while learning. In fact, the only issue I have with the seat is that it falls off easily when you fold it up and want to get up to ride. Because of this, we removed the seat on day one. It's easy to take apart and take with you on trips, which I'm really happy about because my girl still loves the thing.
