On the lamp I bought 1 and no problem setting it up, I bought 3 more and can't set them up, tried for an hour, exhausted, then tried the next day and nothing. It's for vacation rentals and I can't checkout until 9am and Faith is in California so a 2 or 3 hour difference if you can get to work there is great but not an easy feat. I also have outside lights and it wasn't difficult, next time I have a day off I'll call them to see if they can help me.
