Overall I like these shirts for my son. I took a chance because the reviews weren't very good. They said the material is scratched. It's not the softest, but it's 100% cotton and feels like a regular cotton shirt. A few washes and it gets softer. They shrink a little. My son wears pants 7 and shirt 8. I'm an average size 10-12 which is a little big for him but not much and perfect for pajamas or under a sweatshirt. This is not a t-shirt to be worn under unbuttoned buttons. This is a dense material. In my photo the top shirt has been washed and dried but the bottom has not, so you can see that it has lost some length. The price can't be beat either. It says 3 shirts but I had 4 shirts for $7.60. Very satisfied!
