This was a perfect replacement for my 2004 Subaru Forester 2

Had trouble filling up with the pump running every 5 seconds. After diagnosing the problem, I opened up my old canister and charcoal poured out. I must have stumbled upon something that corrupted the old one. This was the perfect replacement for my 2004 Subaru Forester 2.5X and took about 10 minutes to install. So far, so good. Cheaper than OEM and appears to be of the same quality.
