I fell in love with this backpack because it's the perfect size (it holds so much), it has lots of different compartments to stay organized and it can be BOTH used as a backpack to be worn as a backpack bag (what is it that first made me buy this backpack). Contrary to many reviews, all my zippers work perfectly. However, after the third use, one of the rings on the side of the backpack came loose (as seen in the photo) when I was using it as a bag. Now I can only use it as a backpack. I am very upset about this as that was the main reason I bought it. I have decided to buy it again as far as I liked it. Hope it lasts longer this time. In general, durability isn't the best. Even other straps are broken, which can also be seen in the photos.
