I bought this to service my bushings and not have to carry multiple cone wrenches of a certain size. Good for my toolbox for the money and quality, but I still need to buy some cone wrenches. This works well for external locknuts, but the jaws were barely too thick to fit one side of my hub (Shimano XT). I filed it several times but it was still too wide to fit properly. It went in from the side, since the wrench is still quite thick around the adjustment piece, it gets in the way when the lock nut wrench is put on. I now buy a pair of Park Tool double ended cone wrenches to get the job done.
