Review on GL X750V2 Certified EC25 AFFA Installed Dual Band by Karthikeyan Behm
No LTE on AT&T 3G only
I purchased this product based on the AT&T certification it provided. I bought a SIM card and installed it in a modem, I could only receive 3G services. I spoke to AT&T, they were fine, so I contacted GL support. They were pretty quick to respond and offered suggestions with no help. I then replied to Alfie in GL Support, after which there was no further reply from GL. I asked several times what was going on and no answer. Very bad customer service. If you are an AT&T customer I would stay away from this product.
