This speakerphone comes close to the ideal - great sound quality, easy setup, innovative features and more. We've been using it in the conference room for 11 months already, we're very happy with it, with one CRITICAL issue: Batteries in 3 out of 4 portable 'blow' modules stopped working. When we took them out of the suitcase, these three felt hot, and the suitcases were swollen and swollen. These are high capacity lithium polymer batteries that have been known to swell, stretch and then catch fire when overcharged. I removed all the batteries from the phone as the batteries were so hot that I had concerns about a fire hazard. For now we continue to use the phone without batteries in the modules, which means they're not useful, but it's a good speakerphone without them.
