I love detachable microphones - that's why we chose this product. One thing we'd like to see is a built-in hook on the microphone for better placement in the conference room. but we actually do. The VTech ErisStation works great in small conference rooms or offices, but with 4 puck-type wireless remote microphones, it also works well in multi-tier study rooms and other large conference rooms. The conference phone itself is OK. Detachable speakers are a hit with our board members who have always complained about not being able to hear the phone when calling remotely. Now calls are clear as a bell and no complaints. The only issue we had was the ethernet cable that came with the phone. It didn't fit and we couldn't get a replacement cable from the seller.
