Review on Wireless Driveway Resistant Detector 1Receiver by Gabriel Rosenberg

I received it three days ago and was waiting to be able to test the quality of this device. I have purchased Hosmart systems in the past and have been very happy with the quality, finish and price of their products; So I decided to buy this wireless motion sensor and detector. I have bought systems like Hosmart and have not been happy with the results. First, they were all powered by some type of battery (AA, C, and 9V). As you might expect, this can get expensive. In fact, after a short time I just ended up without it. With the success of other Hosmart products I've bought, I chose this one - and I'm glad I did. Like other Hosmart products, this alarm is of high quality. It was very easy to set up and use. The outdoor unit runs on solar energy, while the indoor unit runs on both battery (for backup) and AC power. There are 4 different sound notification settings and the volume can be adjusted. The device is also configured so that you can add more outdoor sensors. Although we live in the suburbs, my wife and I were able to test this device by pointing the sensor up the street from our house (about 1/3 mile) to see if the alarm went off - it did - loudly and clear. Our house is on a corner lot and the garage is on the side of the house, not in front. The main reason for purchasing this alarm was to add an extra layer of security to the existing video system. I am very comfortable.
