I will always have one of these
I love this kitchen utensil. I've had one of these almost my entire life and my mother used it too. I use them mostly when making egg salad. First you lay an egg landscape, cut open, hold together, pick up, turn portrait and cut again and you have a nicely cut egg and no knife required! It also makes great individual slices for salads etc. I'll always keep one of these!
