Review on Brimir by John Raj

I like that it’s easy for users of different technical skills levels (from computer newbies up) because they have all needed features at their disposal without needing any special training or knowledge about how software works in general; this makes them feel more comfortable with using our product than others where you need some experience before being able use its functions properly -and- It helps us track each issue so we know what needs attention next time there's something not working as intended.- The UI could look better but overall everything seems very intuitive once used few times:- Support department has been really helpful when implementing brimir into one site after another!
