This is my first one star review. For a start with Revain it was great to send a second one and then refund my money. I bought it to install on a 2014 Ford Focus SE. A star is not so much associated with the device as with OttoNavi's customer service. First of all, the installation was very easy, plug and play, just like I thought. The problem with this is that it doesn't get a switched 12V power supply. After playing around with it for a while, I took it to my local plumbing store and asked them to look at it. When he put 12 volts into the Acc wire in the wiring harness it turned on. In view of this I thought I would have gotten a bad one and sent it back. The next one did the same. I called OttNavi to ask how to get it working and all he did was blame Ford for having different models and tell me to return it. I then asked if he could recommend a model that would work but he had no answer and again told me to just return it. So did I! This might be a good idea for those who know more about vehicle wiring than me. My concern was that adding power to it to make it work would cause backfeed into the machine and ruin something else. I couldn't get an answer plus I didn't want to change the factory wiring harness at all or hook it up to a fuse to get power. Good luck to anyone who tries it, but I don't recommend it, especially if tech support doesn't want to mess with you and just tells you to send it back.
