I bought this product for my wife about 8 months ago. She loves making pasta and we tried a cheaper option than KitchenAid. This product had good reviews and most importantly a 3 year guarantee. For a few months this product has been working well and the thickness nozzle has been very helpful. Unfortunately this product stopped working and the caliper nozzle is now wobbling at one end as if it has come loose from the inside. Although a 3-year warranty is clearly stated on the product, it is not possible to contact the seller to fulfill this warranty. I tried asking a question about it hoping the seller would reply or get in touch but to no avail. To update. After I wrote a review, the company called me back and sent a replacement for the defective part. Surprisingly, they sent a completely new set. Now I have a customer service contact but it's still a bit annoying that there isn't an easier contact even if you google the company. Let's see if this part lasts longer than the original. If you love pasta and are on a budget then this is for you. If your thickness roller stops, you can always use a manual roller.
