Great in every way!
Very happy with the burner. It exceeded my expectations. The product is very durable and comes with a very nice case. The main reason for my purchase was to copy all my CDs and DVDs to an external hard drive. You need to purchase updated software so that artists and songs are populated with the correct information. It's cheap and can do a lot more, so it didn't really matter.
