The rack is broken, part of it is stuck in the thread of the mainboard!

The strut bolt broke when I tried to tighten it. I didn't put it on with much pressure either. It just came off like a soft piece of solder. It even broke when I tried to remove a piece of the motherboard with needle nose pliers. They appear to be made of very thin metal. Also, the plastic washers do not fit over the posts as shown in the picture. The hole is too small to fit the small collar at the top of the post. Because of this, you must install without a washer to ensure the washers are at the correct angle. And of course the discs can move without a washer.
