This software has everything you need in one place for donations! I love how they are always improving upon their service; it's an excellent product all around!! It helps me keep track of my organization as well which gives us great organizational insight/data at our fingertips anytime we're working with donors or prospects who have been solicited by any member from this platform specifically Continue-On (the donation form). There isn't much else but there IS so many other features available outside what they make public within CTA - not only can i record gifts directly into CRM data fields but also gift receipts etc., ect.- just some useful tidbits they don't seem like willing to give away to prospective clients. If your looking to take full control over your fundraising efforts then continue-on should be at the top of list when trying to improve efficiency. I like that it has a really good community of people that are very helpful. I think it's a great platform for larger organizations to use, and it's a great way for smaller organizations to get involved. I like that it's very easy to set up. I don't like that it's a little more expensive than some of the other platforms. I would recommend using it. It's a great platform to use. It's helped us get more involved with our community and has helped us get more donations. It's great for any organization.
