Review on Cuisinart AMB 9SP Nonstick Bakeware Springform by Erik Haynes

Very happy with this frying pan! I bought this 9" springform pan from Cuisinart about 1.5 years ago for my 12 year old son who wanted to make a Christmas cheesecake. Cuisinart AMB-9SP 9" Chef's Classic Nonstick Bakeware, Split Pan, Silver Neither he nor had I ever baked a cheesecake or used a split pan so I really had no idea what to expect and was just hoping for the best. As a newbie I was surprised at how easy this pan was to use and how well it worked. I was expecting it to be a lot more difficult but he was able to handle and operate the pan on his own right from the start and it has worked well for us many times and has proved to be a great pan. --- We've only used this pan for cheesecake, so I can only speak of using it for that. ----Excellent design, very easy to use and easy to use. One lever for easy on and off - Perfect non-stick coating worked great the first time and works just as well today - Bakes evenly and browns beautifully. Easy to clean.
