This is my second pair of work clogs. Originally I wanted a pair of waterproof laceless shoes, not for work but for walking the dog on the back lawn on a rainy, muddy day. The selection isn't huge, so sketchers get bonus points for a specific product. I'm sure they might be suitable for certain working conditions but the reason they get 4 stars is exactly that. I'm on quite a long break from my period and have to wear band aids and socks to avoid blisters from constant rubbing heal, and why put two little air holes in each clog about 1 inch higher? from the sole? Every time you step on a small puddle, water seeps into the clog. How is it waterproof? A lot of air gets into the clog every time you take a step, and those little air holes don't seem to help much. Redesign them without them and add an extra heel height and they are a much better product.
