I bought this hair dryer comb before I bought the more expensive version to see if I liked this style. After using it, I doubt I'll have to buy a more expensive version! I have naturally curly, wavy hair that I prefer to wear straight, so a good styling 1-2 times a week is a must. This brush gets the job done without having to fiddle with a full-size blow dryer and a round brush. My hair is very long and anyone with long hair knows it's quite an achievement and will take forever to do it yourself. I didn't have to do anything different with my hair with this brush either. I part my hair as usual and blow dry before styling as usual. The only thing you might need is a styling glove to protect your fingers because the air gets hot. I just used the one that came with my curling iron and it worked. I am very happy with this purchase and look forward to taking it with me on my travels!
