Review on 🔌 Brake Control Wiring Adapter for RAM 2013 - 2014 Model by Tekonsha 3023-P - Optimize Your Search by John Campos

I installed this harness on my 2013 RAM 1500 and then connected the Primus IQ brake controller which immediately made a popping noise and stopped working. After contacting Tekonsha support, they were cool enough to send me a new controller and wiring. They sent me a picture of what the wiring should look like and it's very different. I sent them a photo of the 3023 tag I received from Revain and asked what tag it was. They replied that it is 3023 which is connected incorrectly. I'm attaching a picture of something I like as I couldn't find it after blowing the brake controller. As I haven't installed it for about a month the return period has expired but I'm hoping Revain will take it back for that reason and pay for the repairs to my electrical system in my truck if necessary. I won't know until I get a new device from Tekonsha. I would like to thank Tekonsha for their excellent support team and for supporting their products, although it's not their fault.
