Great experience partnering w/Insureon--especially during COVID

It was very helpful to me as I am in charge of managing my clients' accounts for their auto insurance, so this helped with that process immensely! The customer service support has been outstanding (both via email & phone) throughout our partnership. They are always extremely quick to respond - even if it's just "yes" or "no". Honestly though? Their Customer Support team does an amazing job at really taking care of your business needs!! Nothing specific yet -- but I believe they're working hard toward making improvements where needed. But overall we've had nothing but GREAT experiences since starting out together last year! We were able to set up billing templates quickly which saves time when processing payments from customers who pay by credit card each month.
