FastTrack Review

I like that you can customize your own fields to add additional notes or details about what happened during an event, such as who was there/where they parked their car etc., and then have it added automatically into tickets for future events - so no more manual entry! There are some things we don't really use yet (such as adding photos in tickets) but these will come with time. Our organization still needs training because initially when people started using this feature, many had issues…

It was very helpful to me as I am in charge of managing my clients' accounts for their auto insurance, so this helped with that process immensely! The customer service support has been outstanding (both via email & phone) throughout our partnership. They are always extremely quick to respond - even if it's just "yes" or "no". Honestly though? Their Customer Support team does an amazing job at really taking care of your business needs!! Nothing specific yet -- but I believe they're working hard
