I like that you can customize your own fields to add additional notes or details about what happened during an event, such as who was there/where they parked their car etc., and then have it added automatically into tickets for future events - so no more manual entry! There are some things we don't really use yet (such as adding photos in tickets) but these will come with time. Our organization still needs training because initially when people started using this feature, many had issues finding where information went if not printed out at the end of each day's session; however once trained our staff has been very happy since then- all problems solved.
