There was a broken fitting and customer service fixed it.
**After contacting K-Motor they were quick to respond and gave me another fitting to swap out. I changed my rating to 4 stars because the customer service was great and took care of my problem quickly. ** Fitting looked good but broke almost immediately with little effort. I installed with a torque wrench and the fitting collapsed to 15 ft/lbs. I have contacted the company and am awaiting a response and will update as soon as I receive it.
