Review on πŸ”Œ Supco 90370 Multipurpose Contacts by Edwin Cen

Revainrating 2 out of 5

They work but the dots on both started to stick.

I bought 2 of these. One of them was to serve as a control relay to control a large relay on electrical heating tapes. The other should replace the fan relay that has been sitting there for a long time. It controls a 230 volt fan in the ventilation system. The problems started after 1-2 months. The low voltage control relay is stuck, leaving the electric heater plates on. I could hit him outside of the air manipulator and he would let go. Then after a couple of weeks I found that the fan was working when the thermostat wasn't calling for the fan. I also had a 90380 relay to externally control the compressor relay in the capacitor bank. There have never been any problems. I ended up replacing them all with a heavier relay. I think the recoil spring is just really weak. Given their reviews I don't understand why the points stick when working with a device as low power as a larger relay. Not that it was massive. Just a 3 pole contactor with a 24 volt coil. I thought maybe it was just defective until another one stuck inside me.

  • Controls and indicators
Cons
  • Some errors
