I bought this and found it helps with certain dishes. For those who had problems, the problem is that the product is good. Adding dry proteins to a liquid causes the outside surfaces to get wet, but not the insides. You get balls. If you dilute the powder with other dry ingredients, there is no problem. You see it with powdered cream and even gelatin. You can also spread it gently, adding water little by little. Blend it until it looks like a paste, then add more liquid. But I want to go to the title. It is listed as "clean". Pure means no other substances, but as you can see from the label it does contain lecithin. They also refer to vanilla flavor which is not listed. Whether for religious, medical, philosophical, political, environmental, or personal reasons, people value what is in their food. Using the word "pure" is misleading and probably violates the Food and Drug Act. This word is missing on the packaging, indicating acceptance of these regulations.
