Saved me time and money by helping to 'restor' my favorite leather office chair (it has seen better days). Installation is easy, but after a few weeks of use, I found that they had to sew on some straps to hold the corners in place at the front of the chair. The front wraps around like a sheet on a bed, but the elastic just keeps it in place on a chair; When I stand up, the corner often pulls up and I have to pull it back. Not a big problem, but straps to tie it under the chair would be very helpful. Otherwise, it looks and feels great; very breathable material; and you don't have to rebuild your chair or buy a new one.
