The lid doesn't close tightly. The side tab sucks. The pencil will not charge.

Zugu customer since 2010. Our family has bought at least a dozen Zugu cases. This case is terrible! The front flap is on the right side, not the top, and closes at an angle to keep the iPad from going to sleep and draining the battery when I need it. The case is super heavy. The pencil has connection problems. I need to move the top of the case to make contact with the pen charger. I expect perfection from Zugu. Not even close. Beware of Zugu 2021. It's not the same at all. BOOO!
