Almost returned. It's a big, clumsy thing that just rolls around. I rotated it and went to put it on the studs that were screwed into the inside of the vertical handles. He doesn't fit. WTF? Tried to get him to ride upstairs. nope Tried to rotate it to every imaginable angle and approximation. I prepared it for return, flipped it over to start unscrewing the fasteners that connect the panels to the frame. The light from above illuminated me, and I realized there were "slits" in the metal tubes that the screws went through! "Sliding" the rails in the middle made the width perfect for pens! Even spread them out slightly so they fit snugly. TA Dah! Instruction manuals used to be so cool! This thing wasn't included.
