This is my second attempt to get a working fan. The first one I bought stopped working and started smelling like a burning engine less than a day after I used it. Revane has agreed to provide me with a replacement. Right out of the box I discovered that the locking bracket that rotates the fan and stays attached to the shaft was broken. I contacted Revain and they gave me a phone number to call. I called this number and left a message and since then I've tried several times but I couldn't reach the person. I will go to Best Buy and buy a fan there because they sell reliable products. These clowns don't exist, and on top of that they don't offer customer support after purchase. Why should they, they have your money and that's all they needed - apparently reputation means nothing to them.
