Review on Lighters Adjustable Windproof Refillable Fireworks by Ryan Talcott

Well made and great price but I almost returned it because it didn't keep the flame going for more than a few seconds. While preparing it for return I looked at the instructions I don't need for a lighter. An on/off switch should be all that is needed, but the troubleshooting steps said that if the flame dies out too quickly, as in my case, the flame level will be reduced. In my opinion, if a lighter doesn't work on a high flame, why should it have a high flame? Why not cap a maximum value that still allows it to work as intended?
