Review on 💻 Renewed Apple iPhone 12 Pro 5G US Version in Silver with 128GB for AT&T by Mateusz Grzesiak  (M ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent quality, absolutely not expected for such a price.

I don’t know, for the first time I thought what to put on the iPhone: four or five stars. Let it be an advance five minus. OLED screen. When opened and turned on for the first time, the yellowness of the OLED display is obvious, especially when a previous generation iPhone is nearby. However, this is treated with a blue light filter in the settings. I removed the obvious yellowness, but still the display calibration is not perfect, and this is important, since the iPhone Pro is taken primarily because of the photos. And in order to be able to edit them on the phone, the display must also be calibrated accordingly. Shim could not be seen by eye. But when shooting the screen on a third-party camera, it is clearly visible. HDR video looks impressive, but not quite as impressive as on an OLED TV. Included the same videos for comparison. The camera, of course, has become better, but it does not cause a wow effect. At least not for 100 thousand effect. The problem of glare from bright light sources in the dark, which is obtained due to the gles protecting the cameras, has not yet been solved. It's time to spray some anti-reflective filter there. Design. Glossy edges are quickly covered with fingers and look untidy. So you have to take a cover. Some complain that the sharp edges "cut" the hand. That's bull. Didn't notice anything like that. Otherwise, it's the same iPhone. An indispensable thing for content makers who earn money by creating visuals and texts. I have not yet found another smartphone that combines an excellent camera and a well-calibrated touch for comfortable typing. Giving 100 thousand, I know what I give money for. It makes no sense for people who are not fond of creating content, but simply consuming it, to pay that kind of money. I agree with the verdict of many reviewers: it’s not worth ating from the 11th, there is no such difference as to give 100k, in fact, only for a new (not the most successful, in my opinion) design. If you have a model under the 10th, then you can consider the 12th.

Pros
  • This is an iPhone with all the consequences: good cameras, no glitches, pleasant typing (I think the touch screen for typing on the on-screen keyboard is best calibrated on the iPhone).
Cons
  • Yellow screen out of the box (treated with a light filter); they could already get rid of a rather voluminous bang, glossy edges really get dirty very quickly, the design of this model is generally controversial, but in general there are no big complaints.
