It's easy to learn, the customer care team are always helpful and will answer any questions over their phone/email in under 10 minutes. The product itself has very good functionality - nothing really to dislike here. Some functions could be customised a little better to work with your practice set up. Nothing overly major here. We've been able to add many features which were not available when we started our conversion. We now have a very complete EMR system (patient, clinical and clinical financial records). The ease of use, especially when it comes to accessing patient records. I can have all my patient information at my fingertips in one place. It's not very user friendly for the non-techy. I would highly recommend this software if you are looking for something that will help you keep up with your patients as well as provide the ability to easily access their records. We have been able to better manage our patients' appointments and scheduling.
