Overall good experience - would recommend

I like that this software is easy to install and configure. It's also very user friendly once you have it set up correctly. The ability to connect with multiple health systems, and other providers as well. This allows me access to my patient information from home or anywhere in the world. This can be a bit of a pain when trying to find something specific. There are many different ways to get around it but sometimes you just need more time to figure out how to do things! Easy and convenient medical documentation software

The ease of using GPDesk to keep track all our patient information, from basic info like last visit date etc., also allowing us with easy access about any new patients that are referred or walk-ins we have at present time as well! Also it's ability in tracking payments/claims made through insurance companies which helps save me some precious moments while working out my billing report each month.   • Easy navigation system for entering various details such prescription history & lab results among others..The user interface is very simple yet organized enough making everything easier especially those who do not know much technology nor computers but still needs an efficient software program where he could easily enter his own medical records efficiently even though this might require more learning process since most people nowadays use smartphones instead typing directly onto PC keyboard..I love its capability towards keeping

Easy to navigate, excellent interface between patient info (electronic health records) & billing / insurance companies - can be done all in one place! Some of our doctors are not as comfortable with entering their own notes into EMR so they still do it manually which I dislike but understand how important this function may or could become if we continued down that path. Excellent EMR software for small to mid size practices

It's easy to learn, the customer care team are always helpful and will answer any questions over their phone/email in under 10 minutes. The product itself has very good functionality - nothing really to dislike here. Some functions could be customised a little better to work with your practice set up. Nothing overly major here.
