
The ease of using GPDesk to keep track all our patient information, from basic info like last visit date etc., also allowing us with easy access about any new patients that are referred or walk-ins we have at present time as well! Also it's ability in tracking payments/claims made through insurance companies which helps save me some precious moments while working out my billing report each month. I dislike how sometimes when you click something accidentally (like copy pasting) your computer will freeze up just after closing down another window. It would be helpful if there were reminders given so one can get back into their work quickly without having to wait until they close off windows again. Easier way than manual data entry method to organize every single detail regarding appointments, visits, referrals, prescriptions etc..
