There are too many options in this software that can be confusing for new users who want everything at once! This program should only have two main tabs (Assessment & Reports).

The other features could easily become redundant or unnecessary depending upon which option you select first when creating an Assessment Report/Survey within your organization's system of record(s) such as Oracle EBSMMS /EPMDSPP etc.. I would recommend taking time before using any type assessments with large organizations because it will really take some getting used since there so much functionality included from different areas like HRIS systems, CRMs -etc- but we use them daily without issue now!!
