My spool was a fairly constant 1.68mm diameter, clogged frequently, and even with a perfect print it didn't seem like it could make a decent bond between the layers . I have a plain PETG part that seems to break about every 6 months, but the CF PETG part could not survive the initial install without failure even when it completed successfully. CF impregnated plastics tend to have exceptional physical properties and would probably make a great injection molding material or something, but it prints so differently than pure PETG that you shouldn't expect to take your working PETG profile and make a few small adjustments to connect this CF PETG. I won. I can't say it can't be used for great prints, but after 12 hours of experimenting I was only able to make two prints that looked respectable despite many complete failures, but both failed in ways standard PETG couldn't . In my case, the physical properties of the plastic couldn't improve the overall strength and seem to have caused more problems.
