Review on ChurchTrac by Robert Berio

I love that it has multiple modules for different functions in my business! It also allows me access from any computer or device which makes life easier since most things are done online these days anyway so why not? The customer service can be slow sometimes but they do get back with you eventually when there's an issue/question if needed though very quickly usually after 24 hours as far time goes at least here anyways!! No issues yet really only minor ones maybe like some programs taking longer than expected (but nothing major). They don't have their own payment gateway system either instead using Paypal through them where we receive credit card payments too just haven’t used this feature because our main focus right now isn;'ts getting paid via pay pal etc however am looking into doing more work projects outside of CCPAY soon hopefully once i figure out how all those systems integrate together haha.
