These bands are great for my glute workouts!The ones with elastic material from other brands have torn or slip and rolled up to my hip while using.Then I switch to the cloth material bands from other brands and the resistance is way too much to where it limits my exercise.These bands are what I have been looking for! Right amount of resistance and it doesn't slip up!I've been enjoying my exercise both at home and gym.
